Susie Isaacs has been based in Las Vegas, the poker capital of the world, since 1986, and over the years has become a formidable poker player on the American tournament circuit.

Isaacs is one of a number of well-respected women in poker circles, although she is yet to win a World Series of Poker bracelet in an open event, and she will certainly be looking to add to her career earnings at the 2008 World Series of Poker.

World Series of Poker

Susie Isaacs won consecutive ladies’ championships at the World Series of Poker, in the $1 000 Women’s Seven-Card Stud Events of 1996 and 1997, earning $42 000 and $38 000 respectively.

She has cashed in a total of 6 women’s WSOP events, and as of 2007, Isaacs boasts total live tournament winnings of over $310 000.

In 1998, Isaacs claimed her best result at the $10 000 No-Limit Hold’em WSOP Main Event, finishing 10th and missing out on the final table by just one position.
